The inventor, Kevin, (seen right) has a humble background, completing his Apprenticeship in Truck Mechanics in 1984.

Kevin says,

I realised that there was a need for a tool capable of pressure testing automotive cooling systems, without the need for connecting adaptors. Within one week I had made a crude working prototype and the rest, as they say, is history.

To detail all of the ups and downs I encountered with bringing this product to market would take many pages. Suffice to say that without PBTs foresight and financial bravery, I would not be writing this.

Given the minefield that exists for new inventors trying to bring their ideas to fruition, I consider myself extremely fortunate to be associated with PBT. The cooling system pressure tester has evolved and continues to evolve, thanks to the tremendous efforts of the staff at PBT.
