Formal Agreement

Initially inventions can be discussed in total confidence with Private Brand Tools (PBT)  – our global reputation amongst inventors like you depends on the highest level of trust.

If you have chosen not to take out patent protection before approaching PBT a simple form agreement will need to be entered into but this is for the protection of both parties during the assessment period.

Formal agreements will be put in place only if a favorable assessment is returned. This is done by PBT so there is no expense to the inventor.
